Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day size exchange on eligible products.
To request an exchange:

The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

The product must not show any signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive:

An incorrect size sent by Mini Vastra
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Color preference
-
Personal dislike of the product

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Delays caused by courier services

Minor color variations due to screen or device settings
Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

The ordered product is unavailable for exchange.

The product is damaged or defective and a replacement cannot be provided.

An order is cancelled by Mini Vastra before dispatch.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Inspection Process
Once the exchange request is approved, customers must ship the product back to Mini Vastra.
Please note:

The replacement product will only be dispatched after the returned item is received and inspected by our quality team.

The returned product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

If the returned item does not pass our inspection, the exchange request may be rejected and the product may be returned to the customer.
Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection after the returned product reaches our facility. Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched and tracking details will be shared with the customer.
